What Does this transvaginal Ultrasound Result Mean?

Hi, can you tell me what this means when theg say its patchy, do i have fibroids or can if be something else? LMP = week 4. Unfortunately the patient attended with a minimally filled bladder (65 mls), therefore only a Transvaginal scan was performed. . The anteverted uterus measures 8.6 x 4.9 x 5.6 cm and has a smooth outline. The myometrium is beginning to appear patchy in echogenicity in keeping with fibroid formation. The endometrium has a thickness of 1 cm and appears regular where seen. The right ovary has a volume of 4 ccs and the left ovary has a volume of 7 ccs. Both ovaries are normal in size and appearances. No free fluid or adnexal masses noted.

Hi, I think they have not mentioned about any mass suggestive of fibroid. Myometrium can be patchy due to other reasons also like adenomyosis. Otherwise your report seems to be normal.
